Q. What if the hired employee discontinue? What about the knowledge transfer?
A. Our company policy gives us flexibility to cope up with the above circumstances. All the employees are obligatory to give 2 month notice before resigning. During that course of time, a proficient replacement is arranged by us for trouble-free knowledge transfer so that your project/work does not suffer and is executed and continued as per the schedules.

Q. If I am not pleased with the work, can I modify my designers and programmers?
A. Normally it will not occur. However if such situation do come, we will arrange for the replacement.
